Ingredients
- Toor Dal - 1/2 cup
- Chana Dal - 1/4 cup
- Coriander Seeds - 1/2 cup
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 cup
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Saunf -1tbsp
- Onion Seeds - 1/2tbsp (optional)
Preparation
- Keep thick bottomed pan on low flame.
- Fry all ingredients separately, let it cool.
- Make powder and keep in air tight container.
