Rasam Powder or Sambar Powder will remain fresh, when they kept in air tight container.
Ingredients
- Coriander Seeds - 1/2 cup
- Toor Dal - 1/4 cup
- Chana Dal - 1/4 cup
- Cumin Seeds - 1/4 cup
- Asafoetida - 1tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/8 cup
Preparation
- In a thick pan, on low flame, fry all ingredients one after another till light brown.
- Cool and make powder.
