Rasam Powder

Rasam Powder or Sambar Powder will remain fresh, when they kept in air tight container.

Ingredients

• Coriander Seeds - 1/2 cup
• Toor Dal - 1/4 cup
• Chana Dal - 1/4 cup
• Cumin Seeds - 1/4 cup
• Asafoetida - 1tsp
• Black Pepper - 1/8 cup

Preparation

1. In a thick pan, on low flame, fry all ingredients one after another till light brown.
2. Cool and make powder.
